A note from the founder

For years I ran an operation where the same numbers were typed into three systems by three people, approvals lived in WhatsApp, and one spreadsheet was understood by exactly one employee. None of it was ever approved. It arrived one workaround at a time, and by the time it was expensive it was invisible.

Is this just going to tell us we need AI? +

No. It is an operating cost assessment, and AI is one of five possible answers. The other four are automate conventionally, buy software, improve the process, and do nothing. If the cheapest answer solves the problem, that is the answer you get.

Do you need access to our systems? +

No. The Diagnostic works entirely from what you tell us. Nobody from our side looks inside your operation unless you later choose the Scan, and even then your staff are interviewed as the experts, not audited.

We already use ChatGPT. +

Using is not integrating. The question is not whether your team touches AI. It is whether the hours are actually coming off the clock and the cost off the books. That is a number, and the Diagnostic puts one on it in minutes.

Will you tell us to replace the systems we already run? +
